Gryphus 1 shoots down all incoming missiles and the capital is liberated. |

Unlocked by completing all other missions.
The player takes on all of the game's fictional aircraft in an "arena" match, save for the Fenrir. The final targets are four ADF-01s and, depending on the circumstances, a Z.O.E. ADF-01 and a Scarface 1 XFA-27. |
Unlocking missions
Each mission number corresponds to a specific map and location in Aurelia or Leasath. Different missions (A/B/C variants) for a given mission number are unlocked depending on the order in which the player takes missions.
Some missions have specific or otherwise non-obvious requirements:
- Captive City (03C): Do not play Last Line of Defense (04A), allowing the Miller Unit to retake Port Patterson. This also unlocks False Target (04B).
- Time Limit (07C): Play missions Blitz (09A) and In Pursuit I (11A) without playing Striking Point/The Wasteland (08A/08B), allowing the Leasath units on the Kalana Steppes to counterattack Santa Elva.
- Griswall liberation (mission 12):
- Atmos Ring (12B): Allow the MBSRs to reach Griswall. This is done by playing In Pursuit I/In Pursuit II (11A/11B) before advancing on Monte Breeze, which results in Break In (10B) being available instead of Joint Operation (10A).
- Wild Card (12C): Allow the Skylla Unit to reach Griswall. This is done by playing Striking Point (08A), Joint Operation (10A) and A Diversion (09B) in that order. Do not play In Pursuit before these missions.
- Gaiuss Tower (12A): Do not meet either of the above conditions. This can be done by playing mission 08 immediately after 09 or vice-versa.
Obtaining the "Conqueror" medal requires playing both 03C and 07C.
