The 6 Target Air-to-Air Missile (6 Target Multi-Lock Air-to-Air Missile in Ace Combat: Assault Horizon, often shortened to 6AAM) is a missile-type air-to-air special weapon. The 6AAM has a very long range, on par with Hyper-Velocity Air-to-Air Missile and Semi-Active Air-to-Air Missile.
The 6AAM's destructive power is dependent on the game. In Assault Horizon, 6AAMs deal about double the damage of standard missiles, but in Ace Combat Infinity, they deal about half the damage of standard missiles. The ammo count is also dependent on the game; in Assault Horizon, carrying, for example, 30 6AAMs means that the player actually carries 30 salvos of 6AAMs (thereby carrying 180 individual missiles), whereas in Infinity, carrying 30 6AAMs means that the player carries 30 individual 6AAMs. The missiles fire in full salvos in Assault Horizon, but one-by-one in Infinity unless multiple ones are locked on.

Ace Combat Infinity
- "An air-to-air missile that can lock on to and attack up to six targets simultaneously.
It is also possible to fire up to six missiles in succession against a single target to cause massive damage.
Its long range makes it effective over long distances, but its homing capabilities are a little low."
