The MiG-35D Super Fulcrum is an advanced fighter aircraft developed from the MiG-29A Fulcrum. Its design features improved avionics and weapon systems compared to the MiG-29A, pushing the MiG-35D above fourth-generation aircraft.
The MiG-35D made its debut in the Ace Combat franchise in Ace Combat Infinity, where its design was based on the real-life pre-production prototype. The production model was introduced in Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown as part of the Cutting-edge Aircraft Series DLC.
History
During the United Nations Forces' Operation Eternal Liberation, the MiG-35D was made available as a fighter aircraft for UNF pilots to use.

It is equipped with a turbo fan engine with more thrust, greatly improving acceleration and maneuverability. The craft can be equipped with a variety of weapons to give it superior control in combat and has been retrofitted with advanced electronics to keep it in line with next-generation aircraft. Ace Combat Infinity
- "A variation fighter created using the same technology as modifications to the MiG-29. The D type has multiple seats.
Being based on the MiG-29M2 and the K type already provides a reduction in weight due to changes in the main wing's surface area and aircraft materials. This is joined by a redesign of the structure that includes an increase in hard points, a new engine with low visibility and enhanced output and an improved AESA fire control radar. It ultimately features detailed improvements to everything from weapon systems through to avionics and provides capabilities that rival those of 5th generation aircraft.
It's [sic] NATO codename is the "Fulcrum-F." It is also known unofficially as the "Super Fulcrum.""
