ECM (mission)
ECM is the 22nd mission in the international version of Ace Combat 3: Electrosphere. Completing this mission unlocks the Su-37 Super Flanker.
Briefing
Ouroboros is operating an illegal weapons plant in an Expo City facility. Their radar will be jammed to enable a stealth approach in order to keep combat in the city's airspace to a minimum. Time raids to jamming periods and bomb the plant.
Objectives
The player's objective is to destroy all production plants and radar sites. The enemy's radar will be jammed for intervals of 1 minute and 30 seconds. Once the timer reaches 20 seconds, the player will have to fly above 12,600 meters before the jamming ends; after the jamming ends, it will resume in 15 seconds. If the player is detected, enemy reinforcements will arrive. After the mission is completed, the player can perform an optional landing.

Ouroboros
UPEO Intelligence has unmasked the identity of the mysterious third organization. They have determined that the terrorist group responsible for masterminding the tensions between Neuwork and General Resource goes by the mysterious name Ouroboros, but very little is known beyond that at the time. Additional investigation is underway to assess the organization's scope and threat.
