The Kottos-class aerial warship is a class of aerial warships operated by the USEA Federation during the USEAn War. USEA deployed numerous Kottos-class aerial warships during the war to provide electronic warfare support to Gyges-class aerial warships,[2][3][4][5][6] Aigaion-class heavy command cruisers,[1] and Stonehenge Gold Ring[7] and Black Ring.[8]

Etymology

The name "Kottos" comes from one of the hundred-handed giants in Greek mythology known as the Hecatoncheires. The other two Hecatoncheires provide the names for Aigaion and Gyges.

History

During the United Nations Forces's Operation Eternal Liberation, USEA sent many Kottos-class aerial warships to support its forces at Comona Base,[2] the Alps,[3] Iyuli,[4] Area B7R,[5] and the Adriatic Sea.[6]

USEA also sent Kottos-class aerial warships to support Aigaion-class heavy command cruisers in transit, two Kottos-class for each Aigaion-class,[1] and three Kottos-class to support Stonehenge Gold Ring[7] and Stonehenge Black Ring.[8]
