The UN Official Notice was a notice published worldwide on August 1, 2019 by the United Nations in response to the uprising of the USEA Federation.

The United Nations Security Council has authorized a military operation to liberate Dubai and Japan's former capital of Tokyo from the terrorist group known as Usea.
All squadrons within the UNF and UNICS are to take part in this operation.
Be advised that these cities are priority one strategic areas within the Eurasian defense perimeters.
