Lion Squadron (pronounced "Lee-on") is a French fighter squadron with Task Force 108. They appear in the missions "Inferno", where Warwolf Squadron assists them in eliminating SRN aircraft attacking the NATO-held oil fields, and "Blue On Blue" in which they sustain several casualties when Big Bear Squadron betrays them.
Trivia
- During the events of Inferno, William Bishop refers to Lion One as "Curly".
- During the events of Blue on Blue, if the player takes too long to shoot down the MiG-29s, Warwolf 2 will report that Lion 1 has been shot down, and failed to eject.
