Fencer joined the Osean Air Defense Force at some point and was assigned to the Long Range Strategic Strike Group's Cyclops Squadron following Operation Two Pairs. As one of the most powerful pilots in the LRSSG, his skill was recognized by the squadron leader Wiseman.
