Wiseman was an Osean Air Defense Force pilot and the leader of Cyclops Squadron.

At some point, Wiseman joined the Osean Air Defense Force and became their top ace pilot.

Wiseman flew as the leader of the Cyclops Squadron during the Lighthouse War where he and his squadron were tasked with reconnaissance over Erusean territory. His unit's return over Yinshi Valley was assisted by Spare Squadron.

During the invasion of Farbanti he was shot down by Mihaly in an effort to give Trigger a chance of taking him down.
