Neucom variant unlockability in AC3 (Japan)

The Neucom variant of this (and the R201) appears to be unlockable only through the AppenDisc, because it doesn't appear in the plane select screen for any Neucom route mission after Power for Life and isn't available in Mission Simulator after finishing all 5 routes
