As noted, it's in the trailer. During the news program of the Ulysses impact. It's in the top-right, "OBC." There's only one real-life OBC news network, and it's the Osaka Broadcasting Corporation (also known as Osaka Radio). Interestingly enough, Osaka is where Access Games is.
