Oswald Baermann
Oswald Baermann,[note 1] callsign Regen, is the leader of the Belkan terrorist organization Falcons of Dawn, comprised of former soldiers like him.
Etymology
"Regen" is German for "rain."
History
Oswald Baermann was born in Belka in 1961.[1]
On April 2, 1995 during the Belkan War's early stages, Baermann engaged Allied Forces mercenaries at the Tyrann Mountains as part of the Belkan force approaching Valais Air Base before they shot him down.[2]
The war eventually ended in Belka's defeat, and having survived to see that day, he made himself scarce in North Osea (then South Belka) and formed a group with fellow soldiers who left the military. He formed the Falcons of Dawn terrorist group, and over the following decade involved himself in seven acts of terror against the Osean Federation.[1]
