Kvant Squadron was a Yuktobanian Air Force squadron that saw deployment in the Circum-Pacific War.
History
On September 27, 2010, Kvant Squadron engaged the 3rd Osean Naval Fleet over St. Hewlett, but the entire squadron was intercepted and shot down by the Wardog Squadron soon after.[2]
On November 17, 2010, Kvant Squadron engaged Wardog Squadron over Glubina, but were defeated in battle.[3]
On November 29, 2010, Kvant Squadron was sent to secure the airspace over a stadium in November City before Gorizont Squadron arrived. However, Wardog Squadron was able to defend the stadium; Gorizont Squadron was shot down, and Kvant Squadron suffered heavy losses.[1]
Kvant Squadron was later assigned to the Admiral Tsanev, a carrier that was attached to a fleet operating in the Ceres Ocean. On December 29, the fleet encountered the Kestrel Fleet. The fleet commander gave orders to sink the Osean vessels and kill Prime Minister Seryozha Viktrovich Nikanor, who was on board the Kestrel at the time. However, several ships rebelled against this order; the rest of the Yuktobanian fleet and the squadrons assigned to it, including Kvant Squadron, were shot down in the ensuing battle.[4]
