The Kraken is a unique aircraft carrier in the Estovakian Navy. Its only appearance is in Stage 1, a remake of San Loma Assault.
The Kraken is very resilient to damage and equipped with powerful CIWS defenses. It is the final target in the mission, serving as the mission's boss fight. Players must destroy all of the carrier's CIWS gun ports before they can damage the carrier itself.

- Since the Kraken only appears in a co-op stage and not in the story campaign of Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation, its appearance in the game is considered non-canon.
- The Kraken is ironically named after the legendary ocean-dwelling creature believed to attack naval vessels.
