Herrick Engel,[note 1] callsign Harpune, is a Belkan Air Force trainer and tactician.
Etymology
"Harpune" is German for "harpoon."
History
Herrick Engel was born in Belka in 1953. At some point, he became part of the BAF Anfang Flight Instruction Unit, most likely providing pilot training support, then left.[1]
Engel was assigned to the frontlines when the Belkan War began, during which he proposed core reviews and revisions on personnel deployment and air combat tactics at Area B7R.[1] He took part and was shot down in the defense of Route 171 in Sapin.[2]
Following the war's conclusion, Engel dedicated himself to reducing attrition damage to fighter jets.[1]
