Helmut Schnellinger[note 1] was a Belkan Air Force pilot who flew as Rot Team's number three.
Biography
Helmut Schnellinger was born in Belka in 1964.
On April 20, 1995 during the Belkan War, Schnellinger, part of Rot Team, was sent to Area B7R to assist positioned fighters, badly damaged by Ustio's Galm Team. Engaging the squadron, Schnellinger, as well as both his wingmen, was shot down and killed.[2]
An investigation by his bereaved family to recover his remains only uncovered an empty Typhoon wreck, resulting in their continued dissatisfaction with the Belkan government's official report.[1]
