The Dysnomia was an Erusean battleship deployed during the Lighthouse War. She was sunk during Operation Domino by the Osean ace Trigger.

History

The Dysnomia was an Erusean battleship that was at one point part of the Erusean Royal Navy. However, by 2019, the Dysnomia had been transferred to the Rán Fleet - the Erusean Navy's mothball fleet.

Lighthouse War

On August 10, 2019, the Njord Fleet was destroyed by the Osean Long Range Strategic Strike Group, necessitating the Erusean Navy to mobilize the majority of its remaining naval forces - including the reserve fleet - at Anchorhead. This mobilization was complete by September 10, 2019.

While out at sea for unknown reasons, Dysnomia and her division of the fleet got caught in bad weather, delaying their return to port. When they did arrive, Anchorhead was under attack by Osean forces. When they subsequently engaged, Dysnomia and her entire fleet was sunk. Upon hearing news of her sinking, Erusean forces were stunned.

Trivia

• Dysnomia is claimed to be a battleship in dialogue by both Erusean forces and the player's wingmen. However, like all Erusean battlecruisers, she is modeled after the Russian Kirov-class battlecruisers. Additionally, she is referred to as a battlecruiser on the HUD.
