President David Hamilton served as the President of the United States of America in the year 2016 in the Assault Horizon universe. He only appears once through the radio, while giving a public emergency broadcast to the country during the attack in Miami. AWACS Magic patched in the broadcast for the pilots of Task Force 108 to hear:

"As I speak, our nation is under attack by a group of renegade Russian pilots. They are determined to kill our innocent civilians with a powerful air-launched weapon. I have personally directed the Air Force and other military branches to intercept these criminals. They have orders to shoot them all down before they harm our country. This is a dark and difficult day. But at the end, we will persevere. To the brave men and women defending us. Godspeed."
