Blair Winthrop, callsign Turm, is a former Ustio Air Force pilot and a member of A World With No Boundaries.

Biography

Following the Belkan War's official conclusion, Winthrop defected to the terrorist organization A World With No Boundaries and became their sleeper agent. On December 31, 1995, he defended Avalon Dam from the invading Allied Forces, where he was shot down by the Galm Team.

After the conflict, Winthrop was spared a court martial through an agreement with the Allied Forces, and lived in Ustio as a civilian.
