Belle was the Emmerian Ambassador to Estovakia. He was in charge of the Emmerian reconstruction efforts in Estovakia following the Estovakian Civil War.

Biography

On February 4, 2014, following an attack on an Emmerian facility in the Estovakian city of Vistoc, a conference was held to discuss the incident. During the conference, Ambassador Belle announced that this would not stop the Emmerian aid program and eagerly expressed his desire for the international community to contribute to Estovakia's recovery. Estovakian Foreign Minister Antonina Koznick then questioned Emmeria's previous support of the Lyes United Front, to which he replied that the LUF had misused the Emmerian aid and that supporting their military dictatorship was not Emmeria's intent.
