The An-12 Cub is a four-engined, propeller-driven transport aircraft developed by the Antonov bureau.
History
Assault Horizon Universe
Two An-12s were present at a rebel-controlled airfield during a NATO-led search operation for leads of a mysterious weapon in Mogadiyu. These aircraft were later destroyed by Spooky 01.[1]
Game Analysis
Trivia
- This aircraft bears a visual resemblance to the standard An-12 airframe with the subtle exception of a T-tail located at the top of the vertical stabilizer, a detail not featured on any known variant of the aircraft.
- The An-12 has very high amount of health, allowing it to survive constant 25mm fire and a direct 120mm mortar impact, although it is nowhere as durable as the campaign's bomber aircraft.
