Yakov Saifullin, callsign Kon, was a former Yuktobanian Air Force pilot and a member of A World With No Boundaries.

Biography

Following the Belkan War's official conclusion, Saifullin was one of numerous Yuktobanian pilots to defect to the terrorist organization A World With No Boundaries. According to official Yuktobanian records, he had exhibited no troublesome behavior and his motives for defecting were unknown.

On December 31, 1995, Saifullin defended the Avalon Dam from the Allied Forces' invasion, but was shot down and killed by the Galm Team.
