The YF-23A <SAMUS ARAN> is an aircraft exclusively featured in Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Legacy +. Its livery features Samus Aran from the Metroid series of video games.
Compared to the standard YF-23A, the <SAMUS ARAN> features lower speed and stability in exchange for an increase in all other statistics. Additionally, all of the aircraft's missiles feature blue missile smoke.
When unlocked, the aircraft comes with the special Cockpit part "SP Part 5" which widens the aircraft's lock-on radius, enables multi-lock-on, and improves its Evasive Maneuver ability.
