Viktor Metlev, callsign Slon, was a pilot of the Yuktobanian Air Force and a member of A World With No Boundaries during the Belkan War.

Biography

After the official end of the Belkan War, Metlev defected to the terrorist organization A World With No Boundaries.

On December 31, 1995, he was deployed to defend Avalon Dam from invading Allied Forces. He was later shot down and killed by the Galm Team.

Upon investigation after the war, it was revealed that Metlev led several others to defect from the Yuktobanian Air Force and that his personal history was completely falsified. As a result, his autopsy results did not match any of his records and his body was subsequently delivered to Yuktobania as an unidentified body.
