The Vargr P-28 is an unlockable aircraft in Ace Combat: Northern Wings. The aircraft is unlocked at 5 stars, can be purchased with 15,000 credits, and can be upgraded twice. It is similar in shape to an F-14 Tomcat, and its evasive maneuver is the loop, like in Ace Combat: Assault Horizon.
