There is a trick to 09B. After noticing the odd targeting behavior in https://youtu.be/5J-vBFNLyck I discovered that out of the 24 RPG units in this mission only 7 of them ever attack the helicopters. If you eliminate these seven before they fire, or at least early enough to disrupt their active targeting, the helicopters will always reach the airfield without taking any casualties. The other 17 RPGs will either fire at the choppers and miss or (futilely) attack you. Knowing this should greatly aid in keeping the MPG at 0% and shooting down the ace STORM while you're at it.
Below are my notes: every RPG in the mission displayed chronologically, with rough locations starting with which side of the river they're on. Note that they basically all spawn just a little in front of the flight of choppers. Also, you may still want to bring LAGMs.
After cleaning up #24 and reaching the airfield, eliminate choppers then SAMs to prevent any friendly chopper casualties at the very end. Note some SAMs are delayed spawn.
