Tâm Vān Lẏ was an Erusean Royal Navy commander.

Biography

At some point, Lẏ served as the Vice Commander of the 7th Destroyer Squadron. Due to his reputation, it was speculated that he would have become the head of the Erusean Royal Navy by 2029. On September 10, 2019, Lẏ was shot down and killed by Strider Squadron during the LRSSG's Operation Domino while attempting to flee Anchorhead.
