Ruslan Tolstoy is a Yuktobanian Air Force pilot and a member of the Komyeta Squadron.

Biography

Following the official conclusion of the Belkan War, Tolstoy defected to A World With No Boundaries along with fellow squadron leader Yuri Dashkov. On December 25, 1995, he defended the XB-0 Hresvelgr from the Galm Team, but was shot down and eventually captured by Allied Forces.

During his trial in court, he evaded penalty by testifying against his squadron leader, leading to Dashkov's imprisonment in the Federal Yuktobanian Prison.
