Rupert Appling is a Belkan Air Force pilot and a member of Silber Team.

Biography

On May 28, 1995, Appling and his team engaged the Galm Team over Area B7R, where he was shot down. He was forced to land in Ustian territory, and was subsequently captured and made a prisoner of war for the remainder of the Belkan War.

Following the conflict, Appling was freed and returned to Belka, living his life as an ordinary citizen.
