The Neucom Visual System (NVS) is a program broadcasting service on the Electrosphere Network that began in 2033.

It was the first enterprise to broadcast using the media known as Electrosphere Network. At the beginning of service, NVS broadcasted programs from other systems, but recently it has primarily broadcasted science information programs made by its parent company, Neucom Incorporated. The neucom was designed this for the broadcasted programs about the electrosphere and other informations constituted to by the neucom and general resources LTD to made archives about the collision of the two corporations but the electrosphere network is one source with great history capabilities of a technological archive .
