Hugo Parcham, callsign Moewe, was a pilot of the Belkan Navy.[1]
Biography
Early life
Years prior to the Belkan War, he was assigned to the Belkan Navy and became their top ace from 1990 to 1995.[1]
Belkan War
On April 24, 1995, as Allied Forces assaulted the Futuro Canal, he took off from the Njord before being shot down and killed by the Galm Team soon after.[1]
