Hugo Parcham,[note 1] callsign Moewe, was a Belkan Navy top ace pilot.
Etymology
"Moewe" is German for "seagull."
Biography
Hugo Parcham was born in Belka in 1966. In 1990, he became the Belkan Navy's top ace.
Years later in the Belkan War, as Allied Forces assaulted the Futuro Canal in a three-phase campaign, he took off from the aircraft carrier Njord to defend the northern coastline and intercept Galm Team, only to be shot down and killed.[1]
