Vice Chairman Edwards was a member of the Osean Defense Forces' Joint Chiefs of Staff.

History

On September 10, 2019, evidence suggested that Brigadier General Howard Clemens had hired mercenaries to attempt to kill Trigger. Vice Chairman Edwards then questioned Lieutenant General Shepherd about Operation Domino, to which the Shepherd stated that Clemens was responsible for all aspects of the mission. Further analysis of radio chatter during the operation caused Edwards to order the arrest of Clemens.
