Dietmar Wolf[note 1] is a Belkan-born Sapinish resident and former Belkan Air Force ground attack pilot.

Etymology

"Absender" is German for "sender/shipper."

Biography

Dietmar Wolf was born in Belka in 1962.

On April 24, 1995 during the Belkan War, the Allied Forces launched a three-phase assault on the Futuro Canal, culminating in Operation Costner, the 3rd Osean Naval Fleet's advance through. Wolf attempted to stop them, but was shot down and later captured by the Allied Forces.

Charges of Class BC war crimes were imposed on him when the war ended, but dropped due to the prosecution's witnesses' dubious testimony. Wolf later migrated to Sapin and became a permanent resident.[note 2][1]
