Charles Andrews was a former Osean Air Defense Force pilot and a member of A World With No Boundaries. He flew as part of the Sorcerer Team during the Belkan War.

Biography

At some point before the Belkan War, Andrews was the vice chairman the political group the Patriotic Front while he was a university student, where they promoted the ideology against superpower favoritism. Following increased violence in the group's activity, Andrews left the group and joined the Osean Air Defense Force after leaving his university. He was later assigned to the Sorcerer Team.

Following the Belkan War's official conclusion, Andrews and his team defected to A World With No Boundaries. On December 31, 1995, the unit engaged the Galm Team over Area B7R, where Andrews was shot down and killed.
