Carlos Joaquin was a former Osean Air Defense Force pilot and a member of A World With No Boundaries. He flew as part of the Wizard Team during the Belkan War.

Biography

In 1990, Joaquin joined the Osean Air Defense Force's Wizard Team at their inception, operating as their number two.

Following the Belkan War's official conclusion, Joaquin and his team defected to A World With No Boundaries. On December 31, 1995, the unit engaged the Galm Team over Area B7R, where Joaquin was shot down and killed when he failed to bail out.
