Robert DeWayne "Bob" Papenbrook was an American voice actor. He was known for his work on various anime, movies and video games.

Biography

Papenbrook was born on September 18, 1955, in San Diego, California, United States. On July 16, 1978, he married Debbie Rothstein, a fellow voice actress, and would later go on to be the father of Bryce Papenbrook, a voice actor well known for his leading roles in various anime and video games.

Papenbrook is famous for roles such as Rito Revolto in Power Rangers, Zhang Fei in the Dynasty Warriors series and Hiroshi Uchiyamada in Great Teacher Onizuka.

On March 17, 2006, Papenbrook died due to chronic lung complications at the age of 50.
