YR-99 Forneus是一架架空多功能战斗机。最初在《Ace Combat X: Skies of Deception》，其后在《Ace Combat X2: Joint Assault》也有出现。
设计
YR-99继承了前世代战斗机的技术知识，为次世代战斗机方向而开发的试作机。
物料和零件都轻量化到极限，故此机体具有非常高的缠斗性能。面积小的主翼采用称为“呼吸的翼”的可控制层流控制技术，但其技术的详细没有被公开。
YR-99另一特征是它并非通过机身形状，反而依靠机身物料和内置电子器材实现匿踪性能。另外，机体采用COFFIN系统，座舱装备了包围四周的12个感测器。然而，因试作机运用多种新科技，开发成本也相当庞大，故此未有量产的前景。
历史
雷萨斯在2020年侵入奥雷利亚时，奥雷利亚空军有具备YR-99。
