Building Submarines of Concealment-1
Building Submarines of Concealment-1[1] (BSC-1) is the Osean Intelligence Agency designation for a closed city in Yuktobania, located near the city of Okchabursk. It served as the construction site for the Scinfaxi, the Hrimfaxi, and the Alicorn.[2]
History
BSC-1 was established by Yuktobania for the construction of next-generation submarines. It received its codename from the OIA at an unknown point during the Cold War.[1]
During the 1980s and 1990s, BSC-1 served as the construction site for the Scinfaxi-class submarines. It additionally served as the site of two massive underground drydocks, used to maintain the submarines. The OIA later observed the excavation of a third underground dock—the so-called "B4 Okrug"[3]—leading them to hypothesize the construction of a third submarine was planned. This submarine, the Alicorn, was still under construction during the Circum-Pacific War.
The Alicorn was later removed from its drydock in BSC-1 after it was sold for scrap by Yuktobania.[4]
