プロローグ（ACE COMBAT）

諸君、君達に集まってもらったのはほかでもない。半年前活発に動き始めたテロリスト集団は、軍の一部をそそのかし、軍事クーデターを起こした。

残念ながら彼らの相継ぐ奇襲に我々は惨敗を喫し、我々独自ではすでに手の打ちようがない。

そこで、君達に頼みがある。我々を助けてほしい。これ以上彼らの侵略をゆるせば、民間人に莫大な被害が出る。

もちろん君達は正規の軍属ではないから、それなりの報酬を払う。君達を世界最高のエースファイターと見込んでの頼みだ。

平和な国を取り戻してほしい。

To avoid escalating this war and causing unacceptable civilian losses, we wish to employ your sevices. Surgical air strikes and the elimination of enemy air superiority will tip the scales in our favor.
